Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.
What is Aurona's refund policy?
Refunds are processed after inspection and go back to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.

What is the warranty period for Aurona products?
LED lights: 2 years. Home appliances: 1–2 years depending on the item.
What is covered under the warranty?
Manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents or unauthorised repairs.
How do I maintain my Aurona lighting and home appliances?
Clean lights regularly, check wiring, keep products dry and follow the guidelines in the manual.
