At Aurona Lighting Industries, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our platform. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following policies.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

1.1 General Return Policy

  • Returns or replacements must be requested within 15 days of product delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is mandatory.
  • Eligible scenarios include defective/damaged products on arrival or incorrect items shipped.

1.2 Products Without Warranty

  • Eligible for return, refund, or replacement within 15 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Aurona Lighting Industries only if we shipped the wrong/damaged item.

1.3 Products With Warranty

  • Not eligible for refunds; only warranty-based replacements are provided.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal use.
  • Claims require verification and product inspection and are void in cases of misuse, improper installation, tampering, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, negligence, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

How to Initiate a Return / Replacement

Provide your Order ID/Invoice, reason for return, and supporting images/videos if the product is defective or damaged.

Step 2: Return Authorization & Shipping

  • Our team verifies eligibility and shares the Return Authorization Number (RMA) if applicable.
  • Return shipping instructions (pickup or self-ship) are provided.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

  • Products are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Depending on the payment method, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Warranty Claims

For warranty-covered defects, contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase, issue description, and supporting media. We may request the product to be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.
